Our last snowfall was Jan 24th and not much dropped. Just enough to be pretty but it melted off fast. It was great timing, though, because had it not arrived, I was ready to water by hand. We've had some rain since that time - enough to satisfy my plants for now. One of the great things about lavender is that once established it requires minimal water. But it does require water - so check your plants if it's been dry in your area. I'm sure we'll be seeing snow here before winter is over. In fact, spring has brought some of the worst snowstorms --April -- even May at the higher elevations.
